The best remodeling experience we have every encountered. They turned our screened porch into a sun room and added a small deck. The company owner was involved the whole way and keep us informed through every step of the process. His work crew was always on time and I never saw them take a break. The work quality was excellent. There is no doubt that we will use Carolina Home Exteriors again should we need the type of work they perform. The office assistant was also top notch. She was perfect in communicating information to the owner and the crews. If she said she would send me a document, it always arrived quickly. You can’t go wrong with Carolina Home Exteriors.

We are delighted with our new room! We consulted with David and his team and they gave us great advice, had good ideas and suggestions, and helped us make good decisions with structural changes. The teams were awesome and the company was excellent about calling us about staffing and scheduling the work to be done.
They were good eith clean up after their work and everybody was knowledgeable and easy to talk with regarding project.
David believes in his product and stands behind it. We will definitely use them again.

Took about 7 months to remove and install 3 exterior doors and to correct their logistical mishaps. Along the way my wife and I had to fix the little things, I.e. a few stripped screws, clean up caulk, putty holes, sand, prime and paint all the molding because we were tired of looking at their unfinished work. They did give us a little bit off the bill for that.

We were told more than once and I quote “we were the victims of their success”. I’m not exactly sure how to take that except perhaps; they are so awesome at what they do, they have so much work to do, they just don’t have time to do every job right? Something you might need to consider before you hire them?

It’s all done now, it looks very nice and everything works as designed. Also the doors seem to be of good quality. We have a lot more exterior work planned in the future but will now look elsewhere.

Carolina Home Exteriors did a wonderful job on our three season porch. Everyone was great to work with and answered all our questions. And yes, I highly recommend you call Carolina Home Exteriors if you’re looking for an addition or modification to your home!
